Keep your children away from the stove and oven and do not go to bed without checking whether your kitchen appliances have been properly turned off or not. Install smoke detector and change when needed to ensure safety. Do not leave hot iron, or your stove on and make sure that your cigarettes are totally out before you empty the ashtray into the trash (if you are smoker).

Check your electrical equipment periodically to see whether it is installed properly or maybe it needs the new one because fire can be caused by electricity shortcut.

Keep your poison and hazardous materials like room spray, mosquito killers and so on from your children. Children are curious about everything, and there are some cases children have near died after drinking mosquito spray.
